  • refactor and move generic payment function to __make_payment()
  • configurable option of balance refill during order checkout in case of insufficient funds
  • make credit card refill payment suggestions configurable as payment_presets
  • refactoring and adding static __get_total_fee()

I'll test this when I can on my PC.

You'll probably have to bump the config version number to 16 here too...
